Quality Control System
A. Original Used Automobiles Control
We are the only used car whole industrial chain control factory in China.
We control the original used car in the first step strictly by ourselves to guarantee the finished product quality.
B. R&D Control
53 people with a postgraduate degree or above in automotive engineering, who must also have an AER certification, a used car appraiser's certificate, and no less than 1 training session per month.
Combined with many global famous universities such as Peking University, and Tsinghua University for used car research and development.
Presided over and participated in the formulation of one national standard, two industry standards, and one group standard. Nearly 38 provincial and municipal science and technology achievement awards and more than 10 patent awards have been awarded; There are more than 800 patents.
C. Production Control
8 standard automated used car preparation workshops with 1,358 production staff with an annual preparation capacity of 50,000 used cars.
Automated mechanical convey and welding are adopted, with robot utilization ratio hitting 80%.
Full covering monitoring of production to guarantee the production and product quality to avoid any risks.
D. Inspection Control
Our inspection includes BV International Inspection, EAA inspection, INTERTEK inspection, JAAI inspection, JEVIC inspection, MAF inspection, QISJ inspection, VCA inspection, radiometric inspection, including interior, engine, chassis, tires, steering wheel, brakes, electronic systems, bodywork, airbags, etc. for inspection.
FOTON can carry out various physical and chemical tests, pressure tests, and non-destructive testing of A2, and C2 pressure vessel projects and is equipped with heat treatment and flaw detection room
E. Warehouse Control
The world-class warehousing management information system ensures global agents acquire parts in time and effectively.
All packing materials are bought from AAA credit packing factories in China, which are strong enough to protect the product against destruction and pollution.
